Diet Watch :)

140 pounds; down 1/2 pound for the week. I've been bouncing around this weight for a couple of months. This is getting discouraging. I hope I can break into the 130's this week. I'm really enjoying Curves and am tempted to go more than 3 times a week. But I always overdo it and injure myself so I'll try to be patient.
