Last Snow?

8 inches of snow in March in New Jersey is just a bit much.  Enough already.  At least we are very pleased at how well the community cleans it up.

I finally finished the Lone Star.

Not a quilt exactly.  But it is a UFO from a tote bag class taken months ago.  It feels good to finish it.

Another Snow Storm

We didn't get the huge snow they were predicting, but still got enough to bring lots of birds to the feeders, including this red-bellied woodpecker.  Whoever named it did not know their anatomy since clearly it is the head that is red.

A Bird At Last

I've been trying to attract birds to our new home.  Finally, with the new platform feeder I received at Christmas, I now have at least one junco who appreciates it.

It is a good thing my husband likes this quilt, so it has a good home.  My daughter complained it was too psychedelic - I can't imagine why.
